The cross base can be used on any flooring, however is best suited to hard, such as concrete and wood.Water ring is to be used in conjunction with a cross base to add an extra weight to feather flags. Our water filled bags are round water bags to be used in conjunction with your zoom lite cross base. Simply fill with water and slot over your cross base, to add stability to your flag.
